Decades of experience. A fresh start in Cape Town.

I am Dale, and I have spent my life working with properties.

I trained as a civil engineer, then spent decades in the building trade across London - renovations, tiling, drywalling, ceilings. If it needed fixing, building, or improving, I did it. I have tiled more floors and walls than I can count, and I understand how properties work from the ground up.

I have been studying property investment since 2018, learning the ins and outs of serviced accommodation and what makes it work. Now, I have brought all of that experience to Cape Town - a city I have fallen in love with.

Here is what that means for you: when I manage your property, I am not just collecting bookings and hoping for the best. I spot maintenance issues before they become expensive problems. I know what guests expect and how to deliver it. And I treat every property as if it were my own investment.
